Limitations
Note the Following Limitations When You Use the Sync+.
Limitations for Sessions
•  Sync+ may be temporarily out of service when there is a failure or maintenance is being performed in the communication environment, or there is a line failure or heavy traffic.
•  If you do not log out properly, an error may occur when you attempt to log in next time.
•  If your network environment cannot reach to Sync+ router DNS, you cannot use Sync+.
•  Sync+ cannot be used depending on type and setting of proxy server in your network environment.
•  Sync+ is configured to prohibit SSL page access for security reasons.
* For use with SyncShop, Sync+ can be customized to access SSL pages.
Limitations for Synchronizing Content
•  We do not guarantee that Sync+ will operate stably with all websites.
•  If you perform the next action before synchronization is completely finished, Sync+ operation may become unstable. Make sure synchronization is finished before you perform the next action.
•  Active content like Macromedia Flash content or movie are not synchronized to start simultaneously.
•  JavaScript is not supported though some JavaScript may work.
•  Inline frames (IFRAME elements) are not supported.
•  When you enable pop-up window blocking function of toolbar program such as Yahoo! or Google toolbar, synchronization of a new window may become unstable. If this occurs, reconfigure the toolbar settings on both PCs.
Limitations for Multiple Windows
•  Sometimes the current window may not synchronize properly.
•  When JavaScript causes windows to pop up, multiple windows may open unexpectedly.
Precautions for Using Draw Tools
•  If you draw something before synchronization is completely finished, it may not be displayed in the right position.
•  Illustrations drawn in a frame may be hidden behind the navigation or Internet Explorer toolbar and may be unable to be edited.
•  When using the draw tools on PCs in which different character sizes are set, an illustration may not be displayed in the same location. When changing the text size, make sure the same text size as that of the other party is selected from Text Size in the View menu of Internet Explorer.
•  If an illustration is placed over active content like Macromedia Flash content or movie, the illustration may be distorted.
Limitations for Using Mouse Pointer
•  To decrease the number of communication packets and reduce network overload during synchronization, do not synchronize all mouse movements.
•  If the character size on the PCs is set differently, the current position of the mouse will differ. When changing the text size, make sure the same text size as that of the other party is selected from Text Size in the View menu of Internet Explorer.
Limitations for Using Snapshot
•  Note that some images may not be able to be sent to the other party in some communication environments.
