| What makes Sync+ unique is its flexibility and fun to use sync features. You can use various tools to control the browser screen as you wish, and view those changes on each other’s screen while enjoying sync communication. |

Logged In |
When logged in, you can make or receive a call. If the other party is not logged in, a message appears to notify you that the other party could not be called. When a call is received, a pop-up message shows the ID name of the caller appears. When you receive a call, you can decide whether to answer or reject the call. |
Content Synchronization |
Sync communication begins once a call is answered. |
Logged Out |
When logged out, you cannot make or receive a sync communication call. |

Sync Content |
You can sync browser screens and share the same screen with other party. Screen movements and states can be shared simultaneously because operations during synchronization such as changing size and position of the browsing window are performed interactively in the same way for both parties. |
Text Chat |
You can use text chat to communicate with the other party during synchronization. Since Sync+ chat does not require access to specific servers like other chat software does, this feature makes a chat simple. And of course, text chat can be used in combination with other instant messaging software. |
Save |
You can draw various things on the screen with the draw tools and then save the screen as a file. This is a handy way of keeping memos or taking notes, and the file can be sent as a report to other members. |
Snapshot |
In addition to Web content, you can capture data from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and image data files and synchronize the display of the data on each other’s browsers. Viewing the screen is like viewing a fax because you can write things on it while you communicate. |
Mouse Pointer |
During synchronization, mouse movements on your browser can be seen on the other party’s browser, and, of course, you can see the mouse pointer movements of the other party on your browser. The mouse can be used as a pointer to indicate items on the shared screen during communication. |
Copy Form |
You can synchronize entries in a form on your browsers. When you need instruction to fill out the form, use this substitute input function with customer support rep. |
Draw Tools |
You can draw text, lines, figures, and marks on the screen so that the other party can see them on his or her browser. In addition to move, edit, and delete the things you draw, you can specify the font color and size you want to use for figures and text. |
